Project Momentum is designed around building, not only learning. Over twelve weeks with Dan Fitzpatrick and Dr Sabba Quidwai, founder of Designing Schools, a cohort of senior leaders takes one real challenge from first framing towards a working solution, in public, alongside peers solving problems of their own.
How it works
Ten facilitated sessions run across the twelve weeks, with two protected build weeks carrying no session at all, placed exactly where the work needs time rather than more input. Main sessions run weekly online at 75 to 90 minutes, with an optional drop-in call on every session week for anyone who wants extra time. Cohorts are deliberately small, a minimum of 15 and a firm maximum of 20, so leaders can be grouped by the type of problem they’re solving.
The programme is structured around five intended outputs: a defined challenge with a public commitment, an evidence base built from empathy interviews, a working AI-powered tool or workflow with a clear map of where AI acts and where a human decides, a premortem and adoption plan, and a 90-second pitch backed by a five-slide deck.
